Attached you will find a form that outlines the incoming regulations for Gas Appliances and Fixtures, Electrical Fixtures and Appliances and Smoke Alarms.

These service programs ensure that your investment property is safe and secure, with all Gas and Electrical Appliances and Smoke Alarms functioning as they should.

Remember, as these services involve your investment property, and you can claim all works done at the end of the Financial Year.
