With New Rental Legislation coming into effect from 29th of March 2021, it is time to set the wheels in motion.
There are quite a few changes that will impact your property. The first of which we will introduce you to regards the Electrical, Gas and Smoke Alarm Safety within your rental property.
Attached you will find a form that outlines the incoming regulations for Gas Appliances and Fixtures, Electrical Fixtures and Appliances and Smoke Alarms.

These service programs ensure that your investment property is safe and secure, with all Gas and Electrical Appliances and Smoke Alarms functioning as they should.
If you have already engaged Smart House servicing for your property with us, please still tick yes on this sheet, you will not be double charged, this simply indicates to us that you understand the new legislation.
Remember, as these services involve your investment property, and you can claim all works done at the end of the Financial Year.
