RentCover/EBM Insurance will present a video outlining the importance of landlord insurance and protecting your investment from the unimaginable.
Jacqui from TBA Law, based in Romsey will discuss how a sale campaign will affect your investment property and tenants. As well as how to go about purchasing an investment property that is currently tenanted.
Jarrah Bevilacqua & Marcus Matko from Smart House Australia will explain the importance of keeping on top of smoke alarm and gas heating maintenance and safety.
Lastly, we will hear from our Directer here at Ray White Romsey, Debra Lawry as well as Property Manager Jemma Deverell regarding investment opportunities within the Macedon Ranges and how to attract the best tenants to your property.
