With January almost done and dusted we are well and truly into the swing of 2016. We’re excited to announce the opening of new businesses at Ray White Burwood and Ray White Romsey. We wish these teams every success and welcome them to the Ray White group.

Property Management Update: ReportingOOOO
A new year brings many new things, including a new reporting survey.
The data gathered through the surveys has been extremely valuable in giving us a real insight into the network, and is currently with our marketing team who are creating some fantastic claims for you to use in your marketing.
We have made a few minor changes to the survey based on the feedback from the network and from the marketing team.

In January 2011, Tencent a Chinese company debuted WeChat. Since then it has become one of the largest social networks in China. By January 2015 the number of registered WeChat accounts in China hit 1.1 billion, with an additional 100 million users outside of China. The average Chinese adult spends more than 40 minutes a day on WeChat. These days, Chinese people use the app to upload their daily lives, news, photos, videos etc. This app is essentially a combined version of Facebook, LinkedIn, Whatsapp, Instagram, Tinder and PayPal. As a real estate agent, WeChat can not only help you to create more business but is also a great tool to building relationships with your clients. We will be holding WeChat training on Wednesday 24th February from 10:00am-12:00pm at Ray White Corporate on how to set up your account and how to use the app. To register to the training please click here.

Ray White Carnegie Welcome’s New Baby Francesca!
Ray White Carnegie would like to congratulate Sales Consultant Tom Grieve and his wife Caroline on the arrival of their beautiful daughter Francesca Jackman Grieve, born on the 4th of January at 3:15pm. Mum and baby are healthy and home, Dad is back at work ready for a big February.
Francesca is the first of 3 baby girls due to arrive in early 2016 to our team, must be something in the water!
